WASHINGTON, March 21, 2025 – Today, the Digital Media Association (DIMA) celebrated Sally Rose Larson, SVP, Government and External Affairs at DIMA, and her inclusion on Billboard’s Women in Music 2025 list.

“I am immensely honored to be included on Billboard’s Women in Music 2025 list alongside some of the most impactful female executives in the industry,” said Larson. “These women, and so many more, inspire and inform me every day, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to continue working with and learning from them.”

“Sally Rose has earned a rare reputation in Washington DC for being one of the most formidable lobbyists and one of the nicest people to know. She played a pivotal role in the Music Modernization Act in 2018 and since then has been central to the development of DIMA as the voice of music streaming,” said DIMA President and CEO, Graham Davies. “On behalf of everyone at DIMA, we are thrilled to see Sally Rose join the Billboard Women in Music List and get the recognition she deserves.”
