Sally Rose spent nearly a decade on Capitol Hill, developing extensive experience shaping policy priorities and political strategy. Before joining DIMA, Sally Rose served as Deputy Chief of Staff to House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Doug Collins (R-GA) and as the chief copyright advisor to House Judiciary Committee Republicans. While in Rep. Collins’ office, she was responsible for developing strategic policy plans and priorities, working with Congressional Leadership and the Rules Committee, and advancing legislative initiatives. She also previously served as Legislative Director to Rep. Collins and as Senior Legislative Assistant to a former member of the Energy and Commerce Committee.
Throughout her time in politics and at DIMA, she has shaped many numerous legislative wins for the music industry.
Sally Rose was recognized on Billboard’s Women in Music List in 2025, and is a graduate of the Leadership Music program. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with B.A.s in Government and History.
